Recruitment for Automation Engineer Position
Educational Background & Professional Skills
- Graduated in Automatic Control, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of control theory, automation systems, sensors, and electric drives.
Relevant Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of automatic control.
- Solid understanding of control engineering concepts such as PID and adaptive control.
- Hands-on experience in designing, programming, and operating automation control systems in sectors such as industrial manufacturing, high-tech agriculture, robotics, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
- Experience with embedded programming in C/C++ and Python.
Software Skills & Technologies
- Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW for control system development and simulation.
- Experience with embedded systems, ROS (Robot Operating System), and the application of AI & Machine Learning in automation control is a strong advantage.
- Familiar with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, Profibus, EtherCAT, and OPC UA.
System Design Skills
- Proficient in using electronic circuit design software such as Altium, KiCAD, and Proteus for control system design.
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, control circuit diagrams, and automation system block diagrams.
Mindset & Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze errors and optimize systems.
- Effective team player with the ability to collaborate with mechanical, software, and electronics engineers.
- Good communication skills for technical presentations and reporting.
- A proactive attitude with a spirit of continuous learning and innovation.
Other Requirements
- Experience in implementing projects involving AI applications in control systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a high-intensity startup environment.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in technology companies, smart agriculture, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.
